Both Tom and Laurie have over 30 years of experience working with home service contractors and developing resources to make their businesses operate more efficiently. They lead a talented team and develop groundbreaking software that positively impacts the home service industry. Tom is focused primarily on client-facing activities, while Laurie works with existing relationships and internal product design. Despite their achievements, they are humble and steadfastly focused on making a difference in your business. They both would be the first to say, their success is a result of a dedicated and passionate group of professionals who bring their unique skills and perspectives to the table every day.
Our development and software design team are the people responsible for creating the best home services software available on the market today. We literally have hundreds of years of combined technical and business development experience. And having worked together for many of those years, it has made us a cohesive unit.

With years of experience in the trades, working in plumbing, HVAC and electrical offices, riding on trucks and working in accounting, these are people who speak your language. We don’t sell software, we provide solutions by answering your questions, solving your issues and providing real and actionable business advice. We began by developing business and franchise home service software for the largest home service franchise company in the world. Our team developed field service software and back-office management software that was used in thousands of home service businesses across the U.S. We were one of the first companies to integrate with QuickBooks. We were also pioneers in developing iPad apps for field use, giving technicians and customers real-time access to pricing and sales presentations.
Our experience is vast and deep, as we have developed and supported software for government agencies, franchise groups, cities, charitable organizations, utility providers, training and education companies, contractors, livestock management, scientific laboratories, automobile dealerships, manufacturers and retailers. We have done work for global companies like Progressive and hot start-ups, but our focus with FieldWorx is on local home service business.
